Perfect for all levels, this class encourages mindfulness and fluidity as you move with intention, leaving you feeling grounded, centered and revitalized.

  • To be embodied is to feel at home in your body. To be able to listen and feel into all of the sensations, to be present and connected in a safe way to your somatic (physical) body, soul, and spirit.

In this class we slow the flow, to spend more time in postures and ground into our breath & body's experience. We will move through traditional yoga shapes and postures, and nonlinear postures, encouraging you to listen to the ways your body wants to be moved and to express that.

Symbolism, mysticism, or sacred story will always be woven into the class theme in some way.

  • For the beginner yogi. Students will be instructed through a slow flow class designed to teach them introductory postures and alignment principles. This is not a workshop but rather a serial class meant to introduce new students to yoga. Held in a heated room.

  • Unwind from the previous week and set yourself up for the week ahead with our Sunday Reset class in a heated room. This class will pair gentle movement with the breath to allow yourself to reach a state of relaxation and calm. This gentle yin style class will also incorporate restorative postures. All levels welcome.
